Transformative Movement Mentorship
WORK WITH SHAE
Nu’u Pilates Studio offers high quality, therapeutic movement exploration in a positive and inspiring environment. Everything is tailored to the individual’s needs, goals, limitations, and current reality. Our training is far beyond a normal Pilates/Yoga studio in that we focus on profound life transformation, thru movement of course, but also thru mindset, meditation, mantra, and fueling our personal mission, all within a container of one-on-one mentorship.
Programs of study can include classical and contemporary Pilates (both Matwork & Machines), deep Yoga exploration including Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Sanskrit Mantra and Meditation, and therapeutic self massage/body healing. Wellness lifestyle coaching and spiritual awakening counseling is also available. Plus, custom created homework is always encouraged in every session, including taking pictures, videos, and notes galore.
HOW TO START
It all begins with a FREE 30-Minute CONNECTION CALL where I listen to your goals, answer any questions, and ensure our work is in alignment.
Then, (if needed) we can meet In-Person for a FREE 30-Minute INTEREST INTERVIEW at the Hilo Studio so that you can feel the vibe of the place as well as ask any final questions.
And then we begin with a 2-Hour C.O.R.E. CALIBRATION SESSION ~ $222
This initial session includes high quality resources (videos & PDF's) sent ahead of time to truly get this most from our time together and to help you recalibrate back to the core of you!
After this two-way interview process we will clearly know which program of study is best suited to your goals. Yes, I do offer Single Private & Duet Sessions, but I always prioritize clients who commit to a package, because that’s where we see life-transforming results, and it gets cheaper the more you come. Also, (ideally) both duet clients come privately for the Initial Session before our duet sessions (exceptions can apply for tourists, etc).

A MEDICINE SESSION is for those who are in chronic or acute pain, have an injury, are pre or post surgery, or simply desire a customized movement plan using any tools that reduce pain and make life better. Together we create you a tool-box of stretches/strengtheners /self-massage techniques/anything & everything that reduces your pain and keeps you moving for life. Sessions are 3 hours long in order to have adequate time for this quality of work and no Duets possible.

I’m your body, mind, heart, and soul guide, (plus adventure buddy) along the way; supporting and inspiring you to become the you you most desire to be in this life.
