Nu'u Pilates Studio is owned and operated by Shae Bryant, a 23 year Master Level Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, and Transformative Coach. An Army brat by birth, she first moved to Hawai'i in 2010 and is thrilled to be back in Hilo again, offering Movement as Medicine. Her personal motto is from Queen Kapiolani: Kalia I Ka Nu'u ~ Strive for the Highest, Aim for the Heavens.
