WORK WITH SHAE
Nu’u Pilates Studio offers high quality, therapeutic movement exploration in a positive and inspiring environment. Everything is tailored to the individual’s needs, goals, limitations, and current reality. Our training is far beyond a normal Pilates/Yoga studio in that we focus on profound life transformation, thru movement of course, but also thru mindset, meditation, mantra, and fueling our personal mission, all within a container of one-on-one mentorship.
Programs of study can include classical and contemporary Pilates (both Matwork & Machines), deep Yoga exploration including Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Sanskrit Mantra and Meditation, GYROKINESIS ™, and therapeutic self massage/body healing. Wellness lifestyle coaching and spiritual awakening counseling is also available. Plus, custom created homework is always encouraged in every session, including taking pictures, videos, and notes galore.
HOW TO START
It all begins with a FREE 30-Minute CONNECTION CALL where I listen to your goals, answer any questions, and ensure our work is in our highest alignment for us both.
Then, (if needed) we can meet In-Person or Online for a FREE 30-Minute MEET & GREET so that you can further feel into the the vibe, as well as ask any final questions.
And then we begin with a 3-Hour C.O.R.E. CALIBRATION SESSION ~ $333
We re-calibrate back to the core of you - body, mind, heart, and soul! This 3-hour jumpstarter retreat will radically return you to your sovereignty, your agency, your inspiration, and the mission that you're here on Earth to fulfill. I help you identify the number one Soul Goal you are wanting to achieve, as well as the number one reason you aren’t currently living it. We pull down your vision from both your Higher Self and your guides / ancestors / Akua / Source, and plant it in your current reality. Plus, we'll have ample time to deeply converse, to meditate, to move your body and to uncover the best course of action for your destined rise. You will already feel a drastic shift from this one session, with clarity of mind, and reconnection to yourself and your personal purpose; plus we will have curated a custom plan of aligned action to get you going in the right direction. Also includes a virtual C.O.R.E. Calibration Kit, with a questionnaire & video resources to help you keep rising for life!
After this two-way interview process we will clearly know which program of study is best suited to your goals and we'll be ready to aim for the heavens!
6-MONTH PROGRAMS OF STUDY
MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE
This option is for those with chronic / severe pain and/or injury. Think… alternative physical therapy, plus MUCH more. We use therapeutic Pilates / Yoga / GYROKINESIS ™ and Self Massage to uncover the source of the pain as well as custom treatments for relief to use for life. Everything is translated in a personal home practice of movement, meditation, and mindset. I have worked with thousands of clients who come to me after seeking help from doctors and PT’s without relief. Together we uncover the hidden physical issues while also healing the deeper emotional / spiritual issues. This program provides physical relief, mental and emotional support, and spiritual advocacy for your recovery. Offered In-Person & Virtually.
Includes 18, Private 90-Minute Sessions (Plus use of Infrared Sauna / Shower After)
PILATES PRACTITIONER PROGRAM
This option is for those who desire to deeply explore The Pilates Method of movement. Think… private teacher training, but all for yourself! The Pilates Method is a profound body of work that is truly life altering, but only when learned accurately and applied regularly. As a Master Level Instructor of over 2 decades, I teach this method therapeutically, completely customized to the individual. As Joseph Pilates intended, we practice on the machines (Reformer / Cadillac / Barrel) and apply everything to the Matwork (to be practiced as home, for life!). AND, you will receive access to the studio to come practice by yourself, on the machines! This program is for those who desire radical transformation, an opportunity to practice on the machines by themselves, and a personal home Matwork (plus Yoga, Walking, Weights, & Self Massage) routine to have for life. Can also include GYROKINESIS™! Offered In-Person & Virtually.

It includes everything mentioned in the previous programs (including studio access), AND, you work with me privately 6 times a month. Plus, it culminates in an Enlightened Excursion - a private half day awakened adventure on the island! If you’ve got a BIG life goal you absolutely need to meet, I’ll make sure you make the mark.
